Registration acknowledgement
By registering for access to this website I acknowledge and agree to the following:
  1. I understand that access and use of this website is permitted for authorized purposes only. I understand that any member personal information that I may have access to within this website is considered confidential and is not to be redisclosed.
  2. I will notify Aetna to disable my website access if/when my responsibilities no longer necessitate using this website or when my employment with this brokerage/agency terminates.
  3. I understand that personal information provided by me during registration for access to this website will be used to authenticate me as a valid user. I further understand that some of the information I provide may be stored in Aetna systems for validation and reporting purposes, but will not be used in any other way by Aetna nor will it be disclosed to any third party, except as required by law.
  4. I will protect the User Name and Password I choose during the registration process from unauthorized disclosure and use. I understand that I am responsible for all actions performed while logged in under my User Name and Password. If I have any reason to believe my Password has been compromised, I will immediately change the Password. I will immediately report suspected or actual misuses of my User Name and Password to both my employer and Aetna.
